No. Monthly allowances are hard caps. There is no automatic usage overage billing.
The request stops and returns a limit response stating that the monthly allowance is reached and that no overage was charged. Nothing is billed and nothing is queued; the allowance resets at the start of the calendar month. Only Ask and API/MCP requests are metered; reading the briefing and the archive is not.
Yes. Subscription management and cancellation will live in the account page once payment is enabled.
